Functie

As a Production Supervisor, your daily responsibilities will include overseeing production operations, ensuring adherence to production schedules, analyzing performance metrics to identify bottlenecks and areas for improvement, implementing strategies to optimize workflow efficiency.

• Regulatory adherence: Oversee compliance with industry standards and internal protocols to ensure products meet regulatory requirements and customer expectations.
• Process enhancement: Implement strategies to identify areas for improvement, optimizing workflow efficiency, and minimizing production line disruptions.
• Performance analysis: Analyze production data and metrics to identify trends, root causes of issues, and opportunities for performance enhancement.
• Team leadership: Foster collaboration and communication among production teams and departments, guiding and supporting staff to maintain consistent adherence to quality and productivity standards.

Jouw profiel

• No degree required BUT you MUST have a consequent experience in an industrial environment (At least 6 - 7 years).
• Engineer mindset & Proactive.
• Proficiency in French or Dutch with good knowledge of the other (Mandatory).
